Our Honey is unique, here's why...Nectar gathered from the wild flowers and herbs of the Sleeping Giant peninsula give's our pure honey it's unique fragrance and flavour, which changes as the season progresses. In the spring the honey smells like butterscotch thick and very sweet. In the summer the flavour mellows, taking on a milder flavour and in the fall, as the season ends, our honey smells just like iced tea.
